Xbox 360 Emulator

After the success we had with the development of our xbox emulator for pc project, we decided to start with a new project. This time around, we are developing a xbox emulator system for all android devices. This new project has been under development for the past few months, and will hopefully be released in the next coming months. We already have a beta version of the emulator that is being tested by our beta testers from the community.

NOTE: The project is in closed beta, so only members from the community who has been working with us closely has access to the beta version.

We are currently developing a work-around for a few high-end-games that require a lot of system resources like: GTA 5, Call of Duty and Skyrim. These games has been causing some lag issues, but most other popular xbox 360 games are running quite stable on the system without any lag or other related issues. We would recommended to have at least a dual-core processor and 1GB of memory/ram for your games to run smooth without any issues.

The emulator loads the game from an ISO file, so you will have to create an ISO file of the game you would like to play and then copy the file to your android device. You will not be able to find or install the emulator from the playstore, you will have to download the APK file we provide and install the emulator directly onto your device. There will also be a few firmware updates you will be required to do, so that your device can read/mount the ISO files.

Features include:

  • Access to your xbox live dashboard (for messaging purposes etc).
  • App currently only supports offline gaming (would not be able to play online versus other players).
  • Fully functional game progress saving.
  • Build-in screen recorder (record a video of your screen while you are playing, output format: .mp4 – 480p/720p/1080p and mp3 – audio only).
  • Cloud sync with or dropbox (for recordings and save-games).

The list above is only some of the features we have already implanted. We will release a more comprehensive feature list in the near future, and also with some newly added functions. We will also include some screenshots or maybe even a preview video and some game-play footage in the next post update for our project. 🙂
